Having trained at several gyms over the last 3 years, I have found Two4 to be one of the best with its combination of systems and use of newer training methods. Omied has a calm persona which translates into simple instruction, there’s a good community feel to the club. Which is essential when trusting others to aggressive cuddle with.

Began training here since early June 2023. I was received with a warm welcome from Dino in the Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals class and stuck around ever since, a top first impression. Two4 provide great, thorough coaching and development along with an incredible atmosphere to fully immerse yourself in Jiu Jitsu through a unique curriculum. All other students are incredibly friendly and approachable with a desire to help you get better along the way. I find it very beneficial that there are very skilled martial artists amongst the members which allows you to put your abilities to the test regularly and further your education in doing so. I would and have recommended the gym to multiple friends and colleagues.

Always a warm welcome at this gym... Passionate trainers who train in a calm and composed manoR always helpful when ever you need to know something. I've learnt so much at this gym about myself, Jujitsu and MMA. If you want to gain confidence, strength, character and learn new skills in martial arts this is the place.

About Two4 Martial Arts

We're building a culture of learning, hard work, and hard training — and having a good time doing it.

Our focus is on teaching the why — the underlying principles and concepts that make each discipline work. When you understand why a position works, you're not just copying moves. You're developing the freedom to build your own game.

We use the Constraint Led Approach to skill development: concepts, task-based games, and training the whole game every day.

Frequently asked questions

What Will My First Session Be Like
The most important thing to remember on your first session is to have fun because regardless of your goals this is what will bring you back for years to come. Combat sports can be high intensity activity, a typical lesson will consist of multiple task based games covering different concepts, positions and scenarios. On average you can expect to burn 1000 calories an hour, so bring a towel and plenty of water. You can expect a hard working but fairly informal atmosphere during class. Sessions are interspersed with laughing and joking with friends one minute, and working hard on developing the skills to choke them out the next.
What Should I Wear
If you don’t have the uniform or equipment required for the session then don’t worry; a t-shirt that you don’t mind getting ripped and a pair of board shorts or tracksuit bottoms will be suitable. Just make sure there are no zips or buttons.
Do I Need To Be Physically Fit
Martial arts are a tool to develop both physically and mentally. This means that you start the journey where you are today. Your fitness will improve as you train and there’s no need to put off attending your first class.
